Dentists are great. Their front desk staff are horrible!! Very rude, unprofessional, and borderline discriminatory! I called about a billing discrepancy and rather than work it out their staff became abusive, and threatening. They then determined (without the authority of higher ups am sure) that I was no longer a client! They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau.
Terrible, Terrible office staff. It's a shame, the doctor is absolutely wonderful. The front office staff needs to be replaced. My family and I will never be going here again, and certainly recommending against going here to anyone asking.
