Arrived as a walkin 35 minutes before close for a simple haircut and was turned away with zero customers in the salon. We drive 40 minutes to the arnot mall location
Went there several time trying to get the same person Ashley because she was amazing instead I got ashela which Okay honest mistake it's close but the next time I got Makenzie. That's not even close to Ashley. Then I told her I wanted my hair cut to my shoulders she chopped it to my chin. In the middle of cutting my hair she asked if I wanted it angled and I told her no. When she got done I noticed it was angled. The style was not even close to how I wanted it when asked to speak with a manager I was told there wasn't one there and was given a number which I called and had no call back. Worst of all the lady acted as If she didn't care that's she messed up my hair.
4 HOURS... My fiance and I are STILL here trying to FIX my fiance's hair! She wanted her hair lightened in an ombre Style. Stylist said no problem. 2 hours or less.... Her hair is streaky, Orange, and spotted! They've "toned" it 3 times now because each time "it will definitely FIX it, but I don't know why it didn't the last time...." it's $110 for the ombre Style. These people are crazy if they think we're paying that for this. My fiance is devastated, and now we've spent the whole afternoon in the freaking salon with 2 kids... Absolutely horrendous service.
I had awesome serivce,they did what I wanted and I look great!!!!! I will be definitely going back .
