Bought 2nd day shipping on something and even though it was in the local warehouse they didn't deliver it. They said since I was getting a package the next day (I wasn't and didn't) that's when it will be delivered even though they delivered one for my wife. They did "allow" me to drive 15 minutes there to pick it up...
